Where optional analytics connections are offered, you must have authority to connect the account and must comply with the relevant platform rules. Access may be suspended or revoked by the platform. No automatic publication is implied by connecting an account.

Calm Kind Home products

Calm Kind Home is a trading name of WH Digital L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Meydan Free Zone licence 2648964.01). These terms apply, together with the rest of these Terms of Service, when you download or buy a Calm Kind Home product. Contact: hello@chrisbuildsdubai.com. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Buying and delivery

Our products are digital downloads sold through Payhip's checkout, with payments processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. For buyers in the UK and EU, Payhip acts as the reseller and handles VAT. Payhip also handles US and Canadian sales tax. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout before you pay. At checkout you may also be asked to accept Payhip's terms and end-user licence. Once payment is complete, you get a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. Nothing physical is shipped. If you can't access your files, email us and we'll help.

Licence

When you buy or download a Calm Kind Home product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it and print as many copies as you need for your own household. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or give away the files or printed copies, use them commercially or with groups (for example in a classroom, clinic, nursery or childminding business), or claim them as your own. Teachers, schools, therapists, childminders and other organisations: please email us about permission first. All content and artwork remain the property of WH Digital L.L.C-FZ. Refunds

• 14-day goodwill refund: if the toolkit isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Faulty files: if a file is faulty, won't open, is incomplete or isn't as described, email us within 30 days of purchase. We'll send a working replacement, or a full refund if we can't fix it.
• How to ask: email hello@chrisbuildsdubai.com with the email address you used at checkout and your order number, if you have it. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. After a refund, your download link stops working. This doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer. Full details: Licence & refunds.

Educational resources, not professional advice

Calm Kind Home products are general educational resources for everyday parenting. They are not medical, psychological or other professional advice, and they don't diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Every child is different, and we can't promise particular results. If you're worried about your child's health, sleep, behaviour or development, please talk to a doctor or another qualified professional. Use the products with your own judgement and adult supervision. For example, take care with scissors when cutting out cards.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every statement is suitable for a particular decision. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
